Declaring that Bihar will no longer remain just a talent-producing state, the government said it is determined to transform Bihar into a host of world-class sporting events.
According to the budget, a grassroots-to-global strategy has been formulated to promote games from the panchayat level to the international stage.

Under the Chief Minister’s Sports Development Scheme, 257 stadiums have been constructed at the block level, creating opportunities for young athletes from rural areas and small towns to showcase their talent.
Major stadiums and complexes:

Additionally, an allocation of Rs 574.33 crore has been made for the development of a large-scale infrastructure spread over 100 acres in Punpun, Patna.
The construction of modern sporting complexes in 13 districts, announced during the government’s Vikas Yatra, is progressing rapidly at a cost of Rs 477.80 crore.
10-Year sports vision and global events:
The budget also presents a 10-year Sports Vision Document, outlining Bihar’s plan to host major national and international sporting events, ranging from a professional hockey league to multi-sport competitions.
