Patna July 16: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at three different locations of former MLA Gulab Yadav in Jhanjharpur, Patna and Pune on Tuesday.
In Jhanjharpur, the raid began at 6 am at his residence in Gangapur village of Lakhnaur block. Sources have said that the sleuths of the Enforcement Directorate have seized some important documents. A platoon of CRPF deployed outside the house for their security.
Enforcement Directorate raids at different locations: Besides Jhanjharpur, simultaneous raids have also been conducted at his residence in Patna and Pune.
While Gulab Yadav, his wife Ambika Gulab Yadav and daughter Bindu Gulab Yadav are present in Patna, no members of his family are present in his Jhanjharpur house apart from a couple of caretakers. The caretakers are also being questioned. However, it is not yet clear in which case the ED raid is conducting raids.
