Patna: Union home minister Amit Shah slammed Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi for not giving a single statement after their party’s one leader talked about another division of the country.
“You have made a division of the country in 1947 and you are talking about the same now. Shockingly, neither Rahul Gandhi nor Sonia Gandhi made a single statement on it. I want to tell them that Narendra Modi is ruling the country and we will not allow you to do it again,” he said while addressing a rally in Guraru in Gaya district on Wednesday.
“Congress is a party that believes in appeasement. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi had done the appeasement politics and now Rahul Gandhi is doing the same. They are advocating to bring Muslim personal law in the country,” he said.
Amit Shah also slammed the Congress and Lalu Prasad Yadav for the delay in the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He further said PM Narendra Modi, in the last five years, won the case in the court of law and constructed the grand temple in Ayodhya. He did the Pran Pratistha of Ram Lalla on January 22 and now Ram Lalla will celebrate the birth day on April 17 on Ramnavami. He has done many impossible works like this.
Amit Shah also explained why Narendra Modi needed to be made prime minister for the third time in the country.
“The meaning of making Narendra Modi as a prime minister of the country for the third time means making the country a third largest economy in the world. The meaning of making Narendra Modi as prime minister means registering the success of Chandrayaan, Mangalyaan, ending terrorism from Jammu and Kashmir, north east states and Maoist activities from the leftists terrorism areas,” he said.
“Lalu Prasad Yadav insulted the former chief minister of Bihar Karpoori Thakur and PM Narendra Modi gave him Bharat Ratna. With this, he has given the respect to all extremely backward caste communities in the country. I am thankful to the prime minister for it,” he said.
“The leaders of RJD have objected to Ramcharitmanas and Vande Mataram in the country. They can do only corruption and not development. Congress and RJD have done scams in a tune of Rs 12 lakh crore and they are still not satisfied,” Amit Shah said.
Amit Shah also said that the people of Bihar had given 31 seats in 2014 and 39 in 2019.
“This time, I am appealing to you to give us all 40 seats of Bihar,” he said.
Amit Shah said that Aurangabad has made a record in Bihar. A maximum of 2.30 lakh people got the Ayusman Bharat card, 2.25 lakh LPG gas connections, 3 lakh water pipeline connections and 1.80 lakh farmers got the direct bank transfer of Rs 6 thousand each. The Nitish Kumar and Samrat Choudhary government have implemented the Ayusman Bharat Yojana across Bihar.
