Rajnath Singh rallies BJP workers in Patna, saying politics of service will defeat politics of hatred.

Patna, July 2, 2025: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, addressing the BJP’s state working committee at Patna’s Gyan Bhavan, delivered a strong message to party workers and leaders as Bihar heads towards assembly elections.

He emphasized that BJP workers are driven not by fear, but by love, dedication, and commitment to nation-building.

“Our workers will give their hearts to the party and the nation if you engage them with love and affection. You cannot get work done by creating fear,” Singh said, asserting that BJP workers are engaged daily in the “Sadhana’ of nation-building, which has become a force for change in Bihar.

Rajnath Singh called the working committee meeting as Sankalp Sabha:

He called the meeting not merely an organizational event but a ‘Sankalp Sabha’ (resolution meeting), urging workers to internalize the mission of nation-building over the quest for power.

Singh praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, stating: “PM Modi has shown in 11 years that India can change if the leadership is strong, the intent is clear, and national interest is paramount.”

He added that restoring Bihar’s lost glory is possible only under BJP and NDA leadership.

Rajnath Singh’s five-point appeal to workers:

Maintain continuous communication with the public, build trust through truthful dialogue, avoiding hollow assurances, visit every booth to discuss BJP’s work, actively listen to people about government schemes, rekindle Bihar’s self-confidence, reminding people of its glorious past and potential and explain that BJP’s mission is nation-building, not power-hungry politics like Congress and RJD.

Rajnath Singh emphasized that the BJP does not only run governments but builds societies, contrasting it with the opposition’s alleged focus on power and divisive politics.

Countering opposition narrative:

Rajnath Singh asked workers to counter misinformation and rumours from the opposition with confidence and facts.

“The opposition will spread rumours and do baseless propaganda, but their politics of hatred must be answered with BJP’s politics of service,” he said.

He stated that Bihar is not inherently backward but has been made backward due to the policies of previous governments, urging workers to spread the message that BJP’s mission is to transform Bihar’s potential into progress.

Calling on BJP workers to become carriers of the “Modi Mission,’ Singh said it is now their responsibility to take the achievements of the Modi government over 11 years to every household, leveraging the government’s popularity and development work to build momentum for the upcoming elections.
