Aadhaar centre is equipped with modern facilities:
According to UIDAI, the centre is equipped with modern infrastructure, trained personnel, and streamlined systems to ensure efficient service delivery with minimal waiting time.
Authorities believe the new facility will help reduce overcrowding at existing centres while improving both the quality and transparency of Aadhaar services.

Haryana government warns on PM-KUSUM solar pumps:
In a separate development, the Haryana government is implementing several welfare initiatives aimed at increasing agricultural productivity and reducing farming costs.
Under the PM-KUSUM scheme, the Department of New and Renewable Energy is providing subsidies and special grants for the installation of solar pumps to help farmers reduce dependence on conventional pumping systems.

While addressing the issue, Sonu Bhatt stated that the department has received complaints alleging that some beneficiaries have either sold their subsidized solar water pumping systems or shifted them from their approved installation sites for unauthorized purposes.
He clarified that farmers receiving approval under the PM-KUSUM scheme are required to submit a written undertaking confirming that they will neither sell nor relocate the solar pumps. In cases of violation, the government reserves the right to recover the subsidy amount provided to the beneficiaries.
The additional Deputy Commissioner appealed to farmers not to engage in such irregular practices or be influenced by misleading advice.
He further informed that the Department of New and Renewable Energy regularly conducts surprise inspections to monitor compliance with the scheme guidelines.
