Patna, December 22, 2025: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar left his private residence in Delhi on Monday morning and headed straight to the Prime Minister’s residence, where he held a crucial meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The meeting is being viewed as politically and administratively significant, with discussions expected to cover Bihar’s development agenda as well as the broader national political situation.

Accompanying the Chief Minister were Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary.

    Before meeting with the Prime Minister, Nitish Kumar also met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi.

“The double-engine government is working at double speed for a developed Bihar,” Choudhary said.
