BPSC declares 70th combined main examination result; 5401 candidates qualified for interview.

Patna, December 16, 2025: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC on Tuesday declared the result of the 70th Combined Main Examination, in which 5,401 candidates have successfully qualified.
These candidates will now appear for the interview (Personality test), which will be conducted shortly.
Successful candidates are expressing joy after the BPSC Main result:
Following the announcement of the results, candidates were seen actively checking their scores on the commission’s website, with visible joy among those who cleared the examination.
It is noteworthy that the 70th Main Examination was conducted for a total of 2,035 vacancies.
The examination was held from April 25 to April 30, 2025, across 32 examination centres in Patna.
Over 20 thousand candidates appeared in the Main exam:
A total of 20,034 candidates appeared for the main examination.
With the declaration of the results, the selection process has now entered its final phase.
The interview will carry 120 marks, while the main examination carries 900 marks.
The final merit list will be prepared out of a total of 1,020 marks, combining both stages.
The final result will be announced after the completion of the interview process.
