PM Narendra Modi will visit Bihar on May 29-30 to boost BJP’s preparation ahead of Bihar election.

Patna, May 27, 2025: With the Bihar Assembly elections slated for October-November 2025, the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has entered full election mode, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken direct charge of the campaign.
A series of visits by the Prime Minister to Bihar has been scheduled, highlighting the importance the party places on the state.
PM Narendra Modi’s two-day visit on 29-30 May:
BJP Bihar State President Dilip Jaiswal confirmed that PM Narendra Modi will undertake a two-day tour of Bihar on 29-30 May, and another visit is scheduled for June 20, making it his fifth visit to the state in recent months.
Jaiswal detailed the itinerary: PM Modi will arrive at Patna Airport on May 29, where he will inaugurate the new terminal and lay the foundation stone for the Bihta airport.

Following the ceremonies, he will do a road show by travel via Sheikhpura mor and Income Tax roundabout to the BJP state office, where he will be greeted by assemblies and NGOs at 32 locations along the route.
On May 30 at 10:00 AM, the Prime Minister will address a public rally in Vikramganj located in the historic region of Shahabad.
“There is a wave of excitement in Patna. Lakhs of people will welcome the Prime Minister. His visit is not just political it’s a celebration for the people Jaiswal said.
A unique feature of the visit will be a public event named “Operation Sindoor,” where citizen’s not political workers will waive the tricolor in support of national unity and development.
Jaiswal added, “This program won’t be held under any political banner but will showcase people’s gratitude for national progress.”

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha hailed the Prime Minister’s role in Bihar’s transformation.
“When the Prime Minister comes to Bihar, the pace of development accelerates, and the honour of every Bihari increases. The foundation of a developed Bihar is strengthening and without Bihar, the vision of a developed India is incomplete,” Sinha said.
As opposition leaders, including those from Congress and RJD, make regular visits to Bihar, the BJP’s aggressive campaign led by PM Narendra Modi himself signals the high electoral stakes.
The repeated visits reflect the party’s commitment to reclaim or consolidate ground in the politically crucial state.
