NEET question paper leak investigation: CBI had a meeting with Patna SSP and ADG of EOU

Patna June 25: A four-member team of CBI had a meeting with Patna SSP and ADG of the Economic Offence Unit (EOU) of Bihar police related to the NEET question paper leak case investigation on Tuesday.

The meeting was held at the EOU office in Patna. The Patna SSP Rajeev Mishra reached the EOU office around 12.30 pm. He shared all information related to this case with the CBI officials. He came out from the EOU office around 1.30 pm. During the meeting, the ADG of EOU Nayyar Hasnain Khan was also present there.

The CBI team gathered information about the important points related to the case from Rajeev Mishra. Patna police exposed the NEET question paper leak case on the day of the examination on May 5. Patna police arrested 13 persons including 6 examination mafias, 4 candidates and three parents. One of the parents was female. Besides Patna police, 6 accused were arrested from Deoghar by EOU as well.

Besides Rajeev Mishra, the CBI team also obtained short notes of the investigation from other officers.

Sources have said that the CBI team will interrogate all 19 arrested accused one by one. In the NEET paper leak case.
