Patna January 20, 2025: Jyoti Singh, wife of Bhojpuri film star Pawan Singh, has drawn attention for her recent remarks praising Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and her increasing political engagement in the Karakat and Dehri areas of Rohtas district.

During her visits, Jyoti Singh lauded Nitish Kumar for creating a safe and empowering environment for women in Bihar.

“Today even late at night, women are going out of their homes, working, and returning safely without fear. This is all due to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Women have become very empowered and feel safe even in politics and another field of society,’ Singh stated during her interactions with the local community.

She credited the Chief Minister’s leadership for this transformation and said such progress would be difficult for any other leader to replicate.

Singh’s frequent tours of Karakat and Dehri, coupled with her growing engagement with the public, have fuelled speculation about her political aspirations.
