Lalu Prasad Yadav claimed that BJP cannot form the government after the 2025 poll as long as he is in Bihar.

Patna February, 13, 2025: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) national president Lalu Prasad Yadav has strongly asserted that the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) cannot form the government in Bihar as long as he is active in politics.
While interacting with media persons in Patna, he stated: “How could BJP form the government in Bihar until we are here? We would not allow the saffron party to form the government in Bihar.”
As the Bihar Assembly elections draw closer, political tensions are escalating, with leaders from both the ruling NDA and the opposition engaging in heated exchanges.
Vijay Sinha hit back at Lalu Prasad Yadav:
Reacting to Yadav’s statement, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha hit back, expressing confidence in the NDA’s victory.
“It is not certain whether Lalu Prasad will stay or not, but the NDA is sure to come in Bihar and will form the government,” Sinha said.
Further criticizing the veteran leader, Sinha added: “It is not necessary for Lalu Prasad Yadav to stay now because you have made the word ‘Bihari’ and abuse created caste frenzy, and made brothers fight each other. So there is no need for people like you to stay now.”
Lalu Prasad Yadav is a key figure in Bihar:
With the elections approaching, political rhetoric between the ruling NDA and opposition parties is intensifying. While Lalu Prasad Yadav remains a key opposition figure, the BJP-led NDA is confident of securing power in the state. As the electoral battle heats up, both sides are leaving no stone unturned in their political campaigns.
