BSEB intermediate exam 2025 result declared, Priya Jaiswal topped in the state.

Patna March 25, 2025: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the results of the intermediate annual examination 2025 on Tuesday.
The results were released by Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar in the presence of the Education Department’s additional chief secretary S Siddhartha and BSEB chairman Anand Kishore.
BSEB conducted the examination from February 1 to 15:
The BSEB conducted the annual intermediate examination 2025 from February 1 to February 15 at 1677 examination centres across the state.
This year, a total of 12.92 lakh students appeared in the examinations including 6,50,466 boys and 6,41, 847 girls.
In Patna district, 85 centres were set up, where 75,917 students participated—38,743 boys and 37,174 girls.
Overall pass percentage in the BSEB Intermediate exam:
A total of 86.50% of students have passed the examinations.

Priya Jaiswal from Bettiah topped the science stream with 484 marks (96.8%) followed by Akash Kumar who secured the second position with 480 marks and Ravi Kumar from Patna got 478 marks.
In commerce faculty, Roshni Kumari topped the rank in this stream with 94.77% in the state and Ankita Kumari and Saqib jointly topped with 82.75%.
A total of 82.75% of students have passed the examination in arts, 94.77% in commerce and 89.66% in science stream.
Students can check their results through the official website of BSEB: www.biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in
To check the result, students need to enter their roll number and date of birth. Apart from that, students can also access their results through SMS by typing BIHAR12 followed by their roll number and sending it to 56263.
Rewards for topper students:
The BSEB has doubled the rewards for toppers this year.
The first-rank students will get Rs 2 lakh cash, a laptop, a certificate and a medal, second-rank students will get Rs 1.5 lakh and third rank will get Rs 1 lakh. The students who come in 4 to 10 ranks will get Rs 30 thousand each.
To pass the BSEB intermediate examinations, students must score at least 33% in both theory and practical examination.
Students scoring less than 33% in more than two subjects will not be passed.
