Patna, April 2, 2024:  Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Tuesday took a swipe at RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, questioning him over what he termed as “dynastic politics.”

“Lalu Prasad Yadav is known for promoting his family in politics. He has already brought his two sons and two daughters into political life. I want to ask him when he will bring his other five daughters into politics.” Choudhary said while addressing the media.

Samrat Choudhary’s remarks came after Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter’s campaign in Saran:

His remarks came as Rohini Acharya, Lalu Prasad’s second daughter, began her campaign from Saran Lok Sabha constituency, where she will take on BJP candidate Rajiv Pratap Rudy.

Rohini performed Puja at the Hariharnath temple in Sonpur on Monday before starting her campaign.

“The people are watching how Lalu Prasad Yadav is introducing his family members in politics. They have no faith in him. In contrast, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is contesting in all 543 seats of the Lok Sabha on the basis of his guarantee. The people trust Modi,” Choudhary added.

PM Narendra Modi will address a rally in Jamui:

The Deputy CM also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will soon visit Jamui to address a massive election rally.

“We are going to Jamui to inspect the venue preparations. NDA will win all 40 seats in Bihar,” Choudhary asserted.

Polling in Jamui will take place in the first phase on April 19, where Arun Bharti of LJP (Ram Vilas) is contesting as the NDA candidate.
