
Patna, April 22, 2025: The district of Jamui is celebrating an extraordinary moment of pride as three of its residents have achieved.
Remarkable success in the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024.
The brilliant performances of Sanskriti Trivedi (AIR 17 ), Paras Kumar (AIR 269), and Isha Rani (AIR 384) have not only brought accolades to their families but have filled the entire state of Bihar with immense pride.
Sanskriti Trivedi- All India Rank 17:
Sanskriti Trivedi, who secured the 17th rank, has become a symbol of excellence, dedication, and hard work. Her achievement is being celebrated across Jamui and Bihar. Her father, Anand Prakash Trivedi was academically brilliant from an early age, never compromising on her goals.
Sanskriti Trivedi uncle, Dr. Mithilesh Trivedi, also highlighted her commitment and discipline.
Reacting to her success, Sanskriti Trivedi expressed deep gratitude: “I dedicated this success to my parents, teachers, and guides.

Despite a demanding government job, he managed to secure AIR 269 through sheer determination and smart time management.
He revealed that most of his preparation was done alongside his job, with only two study leaves taken.
His achievement has been widely celebrated by teachers, students, and officials, who called it a true inspiration for the teaching community.
“With confidence, planning and consistent effort, no obstacle can stop you,” Paras said.
Isha Rani Overcoming Rural Challenges (AIR 384):
Isha Rani, daughter of senior advocate Prasiddha Narayan Singh from Labhet village, secured 384th rank in the UPSC exam. A product of DAV School (Jamui ), DPS Bokaro, and Chanakya National Law University( CNLU), Patna, Isha later moved to Delhi for her UPSC preparation Despite limited resources and rural background, Isha’s perseverance and dedication paid off.
Her journey has become a beacon of hope for students in remote areas aspiration for civil services.
The Jamui Education Department was quick to celebrate these successes, particularly applauding Paras Kumar’s determination.
Officials believe these stories will inspire many youths in the district to take up the civil services challenge.
The UPSC CSE 2025 results saw 1009 candidates make it to the final list. Among them were 335 from the General category, 109 from EWS, 318 OBC, 160 SC, and 87 ST candidates.
Shakti Debey of Prayagraj topped the exam, and notably, three girls secured places in the top five. Rajkrishna Jha from Bihar bagged the 8th position.
This success story from Jamui is a powerful reminder that determination, discipline, and dreams can lead to national recognition no matter where one comes from.
