Patna May 25: PM Narendra Modi slammed the leaders of the INDI Alliance during the rally in Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency in Patna on Saturday and said If they start blaming the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) then understand that NDA is winning.
“The exit polls of the election have started coming. You must understand that when these INDI alliance members start abusing EVM all the time, it means that the exit poll of NDA’s success has come. On 4th June, a new record will be made in Patliputra as well as in the country,” PM Modi said.
He also attacked sharply on INDI alliance leaders on reservation of SC, ST and OBC.
“The land of Bihar has shown the direction to the entire country regarding social justice. A long battle has been fought in Bihar for the right to reservation for SC, ST and OBC communities. But today, I am presenting a bitter truth in front of the aware people of Bihar with great sorrow and pain. The Constitution says that there will be no reservation on the basis of religion in India. Baba Saheb Ambedkar said the same but RJD-Congress wants to give reservation to their vote bank on the basis of religion by ending the quota of SC, ST and OBC,” PM Modi said.
“When I have exposed this conspiracy of those parties in this election then their anti-SC, ST and OBC reservation activities are coming to the fore one-by-one. RJD-Congress together have looted the reservation of my Yadav, Kurmi, Kushwaha, Teli, Kanhu, Nishad, Paswan and Musahar families. Congress, in a bid to please its vote bank, had changed the law related to minority institutions overnight. As a result, thousands of institutions were declared minority institutions,” he said.
“Earlier, SC, ST and OBC used to get full reservation during admission in these institutions. Due to RJD-Congress, today SC, ST and OBC do not get even 1 percent reservation in minority institutions. That means the educational opportunities of lakhs of SC, ST and OBC youths have been snatched away by the INDI alliance. The Kolkata High Court has just revealed another conspiracy of the INDI alliance in front of the country. They gave OBC status to 77 Muslim castes in West Bengal in one go. After this, the benefits in government jobs that should have been given to the backward and OBC castes started being given to these 77 Muslim castes. The rights of my OBC and backward castes were snatched away. The benefit of this went to those who did vote jihad for the Indi people,” he said.
