NDA is leading in Bihar.

Patna, June 4, 2024: The early trends of the Lok Sabha election counting indicate a strong lead for the NDA in Bihar.

According to the Election Commission’s website, as of 11:45 am, the JDU is leading on 14 seats, followed by the BJP on 11 seats, LJPR on 5 seats, RJD on 5 seats, CPI-ML on 2 seats, CPI on 1 seat, Congress on 1 seat, and HAMS on 1 seat.

JDU and BJP are contesting on 16 and 17 seats respectively:

What stands out in the early trends is the JDU’s impressive performance. Despite contesting 16 seats, the party is ahead of the BJP, which contested 17 seats in the state.

RJD is contesting on 23 seats:

LJPR is leading on all 5 seats it contested, while the RJD, which fielded candidates on 23 seats, is ahead on only 5 so far.
