Patna October 9, 2024: Tejashwi Yadav, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, will embark on the second phase of his “Karyakarta Darshan Sah Samvad” Yatra starting on October 16.
Ezaj Ahmed, the spokesperson for the RJD’s Bihar unit, the program will kick off in Banka district on October 16 and will conclude on October 26 in the Tekari block of Gaya district. Tekari is an organizational district of RJD.
This initiative aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots network ahead of the 2025 Bihar assembly elections.
Ranvijay Sahu, the principal state general secretary of the party, has sent letters to all district presidents to begin preparation for the events in their respective jurisdictions.
As per the scheduled programs, it will start from Banka on October 16, then move to Jamui on October 17, Munger on October 18, Khagaria on October 19, Begusarai on October 20, Lakhisarai/Sheikhpura on October 21, Nawada on October 22, Nalanda on October 23, Jehanabad/Arwal on October 24, Gaya on October 25 and commence in Tekari on October 26.
This Yatra is part of a strategic effort to directly engage with the party’s workers, focusing on smaller and private gatherings rather than public rallies.
It provides opportunities for invited members including MLAs, MLCs, district presidents and block presidents, to interact directly with Tejashwi Yadav.
Through this engagement, Tejashwi Yadav hopes to gather valuable insights into local political dynamics, caste equations, and the strength of opposition candidates, which will be critical for the party’s strategy in the upcoming elections.
The first phase of the Yatra started from Samastipur district on September 10 and concluded on September 17. That outreach program underscores the leader of the opposition Tejashwi Yadav to focus on motivating the grassroots workers of the RJD in the preparation of the electoral preparation for 2025.
