RJD criticized Nitish Kumar through a poster ahead of the Bihar assembly poll 2025.

Patna February 14, 2025: In the lead-up to the Bihar assembly elections, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has intensified its campaign against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar by unveiling a provocative poster in Patna on Friday.
Poster presented by a RJD supporter:
The poster, attributed to RJD supporter Rishi, depicts Tejashwi Yadav riding a horse, symbolizing swift progress, while holding the party’s lantern symbol.
The poster was placed outside 10 Circular Road (Rabri Devi’s residents) in Patna.
In contrast, Nitish Kumar is portrayed seated on a snail burdened by a CM chair tied to his back, suggesting sluggish development during his tenure.
The imagery implies that Tejashwi’s leadership will usher in rapid development in 2025, whereas Bihar’s progress under Nitish Kumar has been slow over the past two decades.
This visual critique underscores the RJD’s assertion that Tejashwi Yadav is poised to become the state’s next Chief Minister.
In response, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), led by Nitish Kumar, remains confident of retaining power.
The NDA has announced plans to contest the upcoming elections under Nitish Kumar’s leadership, aiming to secure 225 out of 243 seats in the Bihar Assembly.
NDA dismissed the claims of RJD:
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and many other leaders have dismissed the RJD’s claims, asserting that the NDA will continue to govern the state.
As the election approaches, both alliances are ramping up their campaigns, utilizing symbolic messaging and strategic declarations to sway voters.
The political landscape in Bihar is becoming increasingly charged, with each party striving to present its vision for the state’s future.
