Prashant Kishor said the BJP is scared of Nitish Kumar.
Patna August 6: Prashant Kishor, the chief of the Jan Suraj Campaign said that the BJP is scared of the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He further claimed that the influence of Nitish Kumar is so significant that it has compelled the BJP to make organizational changes.
“The fear of Nitish Kumar on the BJP government is such that he first got Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s Muretha (Turban) removed. After that, he also forced the central leadership of BJP to make the organizational changes as per his wish.”
Prashant Kishor was referring to the change in the state leadership when Samrat Choudhary was removed from the post of state president of Bihar and Dilip Jaiswal was given the charge of it.
“Nitish Kumar asked for a ministry from BJP, asked for a Chief Minister’s chair of five years for himself. Nitish Kumar got the changes that he wanted in the organization of Bihar BJP. Nitish Kumar wanted to get Samrat Chaudhary’s Muretha opened, he got it done. If you look at all these issues, you will realize that Nitish Kumar has the understanding to get things done related to this method, but he did not ask the Prime Minister to resume the closed sugar mills in Bihar.”
“Nitish Kumar should have said that we will support you only when factories are set up in every district of Bihar, but Nitish Kumar did not do so,” Prashant Kishor said.
Prashant Kishor while answering the question asked on the status of a special state said, “Nitish Kumar has been with BJP for 15 years. BJP has been in the centre for the last 10 years. This is not the first opportunity for Nitish and BJP to improve Bihar. Today, the situation has reached a point where it has become difficult for the BJP government to run at the centre without the support of Bihar MPs. People are now talking about special status, but I told 10 thousand youths that Nitish Kumar is only concerned about himself.”
