Patna, November 13, 2025: With two phases of voting and all eyes on the counting day, a poster war erupts between JDU and Samajwadi Party on the streets of Patna.

A large poster outside the Janata Dal (United) office featuring Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has become a major topic of discussion.

JDU’s poster containing Tiger Abhi Zinda Hai:

The poster boldly declares, Tigar Abhi Zinda Hai (The tiger is still alive).

It was placed by former minister Ranjit Sinha reads beneath the slogan.

“Protector of Dalits, Mahadalits, Cackward Castes, Extremely Backward Castes, Upper Caste and minorities, the tiger is still alive,” the slogan mentioned on the poster.

The message is being interpreted as a strong show of confidence in Nitish Kumar’s leadership and a reminder of his continued relevance in Bihar politics, despite recent discussions about his health.

Political observers see it as an effort to underline JDU’s strength within the NDA and to project Nitish Kumar as an enduring force in state politics.

Meanwhile, exit polls have indicated a clear advantage for the NDA.

If exit poll projections hold true, Nitish Kumar’s return to power appears likely, with analysts suggesting that women voters may have played a decisive role in the outcome.

On the other side, the opposition has also turned to symbolic gestures.

Samajwadi Party’s poster reads Goodbye Uncle:

Outside the RJD office, the Samajwadi Party has put up a poster showing SP chief Akhilesh Yadav alongside Nitish Kumar and the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, with the words Alvida Chacha  (Goodbye Uncle) written in bold, a direct jab at the Chief Minister and the NDA leadership.

As Bihar waits for the final results, the atmosphere in Patna is charged, with slogans, posters, and political messaging setting the tone for what could be a decisive day in state politics.
