Dilip Jaiswal assured the hassle-free process of the land survey:
Speaking to the media outside the assembly, Jaiswal assured the public that the government is committed to ensuring a hassle-free land survey process. He emphasized that no resident of Bihar would face difficulties due to the survey.
‘Not a single person of Bihar will be troubled by the land survey. Until all the documents are made publicly available, no employee or officer will cause problems for the people of Bihar due to the Survey,” Jaiswal said.
He also announced the imminent introduction of a new draft within a week, designed to survey with the public’s interest in mind.
This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to transparency and fairness in land administration.
Revised policies will address 13 specific norms:
Bihar’s Land Reform and Revenue Minister, Dilip Jaiswal, has announced the government’s intention to introduce 13 specific exemptions in the ongoing land survey process.
While the exact details of these exemptions are yet to be disclosed, Dilip Jaiswal emphasized that a proposal outlining these changes will soon be presented to the cabinet.
Addressing concerns raised by the opposition, Jaiswal remarked, “The way the issue of smart meter made by the opposition has lost its steam, the land survey has also lost its steam. The opposition has lost its steam and they are unnecessarily creating a ruckus.”
He further highlighted the government’s commitment to addressing illegal land occupations, stating, “We want that the lands which are illegally occupied by people, would be seized and we will distribute them among the poor.”
These developments come amid ongoing debates over the land survey initiative in Bihar, with the government aiming to ensure that the process benefits the public and addresses issues of illegal land occupation.
