Patna May 4: PM Narendra Modi, during the rally in Bihar’s Darbhanga Lok Sabha constituency, targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, on Saturday. He said both of them have the same report cards as they are known for scams and uncontrolled law and order.

“One Prince (Shahzada) is in Delhi and another similar Prince is in Patna. One has considered the entire country as his property since childhood and the other has considered the entire Bihar. The report cards of both these Princes are similar. There is nothing in their report cards except scams and uncontrolled law and order,” PM Modi said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also alleged that Congress is trying to divide the country based on religion and RJD is supporting it.

“Under the leadership of Baba Saheb, the Constituent Assembly had decided 75 years ago that reservation cannot be given based on religion in our country. Pandit Nehru had also opposed reservation based on religion but now Congress is going against the spirit of him. They are stabbing Baba Saheb in the back. They are engaged in breaking the Constitution.”

“Congress is trying to reduce the quota of Other Backward Castes (OBC) and give reservation to Muslims based on religion and RJD is working shoulder to shoulder in this conspiracy of Congress,” PM Modi said.

“I have been challenging Congress for the last 12 days that the INDI alliance should give in writing that it will not snatch away SC, ST and OBCs reservation based on religion and give it to Muslims. There is sin in their stomach. They have been sitting silent for 12 days,” he said.

“The leaders of RJD have started counting the number of Hindus and Muslims in the army. These people can do anything to break the society and country. Those who sacrifice their lives to save the country are first an Indian but people of RJD look at them with the lens of Hindus and Muslims,” he said.

“RJD always does appeasement politics by wearing the mask of social justice,” PM Modi said.

PM Narendra Modi also slammed Congress on heritage tax.

“Congress wants such a law that when their government is formed in Delhi, you will not get assets your parents have earned. The government will take away half of the inheritance. They want to bring a fatwa on it,” PM Modi said.

PM Narendra Modi also pointed out the attacks on Bihari people in Delhi and Maharashtra during the tenure of the UPA government.

“When the INDI government (UPA) was in power in Delhi and Maharashtra, Bihari people were attacked at that time. They attacked the Bihari people and forced them to return home. Can you forgive them,” he asked.  

PM Narendra Modi also appreciated the efforts of CM Nitish Kumar during the rally.

“Today, the NDA government of Bihar led by CM Nitish Kumar is working round the clock for the development of the state. Our inspiration is Karpoori Thakur. I had the privilege of giving him Bharat Ratna a few days ago,” PM Modi said.

While sharing the achievements of his government for the last 10 years, PM Modi said:

“Today India’s credibility in the world is at a new height. India has reached the moon. Ten years ago we were the 11th largest economy in the world and today we have reached the fifth position.”

The polling in Darbhanga will take place in the fourth phase on May 13 and Gopal Ji Thakur is contesting here on the ticket of BJP. He is a sitting MP and contesting against Lalit Yadav of RJD.
