Patna, June 11, 2024: After the central government announced the allocation of portfolios among 71 Union ministers, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, claiming that the PM will prove to be “the weakest” in his third term.
Tejashwi Yadav’s attack on Narendra Modi:
Speaking to reporters during the 77th birthday celebration of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi said the 2024 mandate had weakened the BJP’s authority.
“The people of the country rejected the BJP and brought it down to 240 seats. They have given a clear message,” he said.
Tejashwi added that the opposition bloc is now stronger than ever.
“I have nothing to say about the portfolios given to Bihar ministers, but it is certain that this time Narendra Modi will prove to be the weakest Prime Minister, and the opposition is very strong.”
Questions absence of Muslim Ministers:
Commenting on the absence of Muslim representation in the new Union Council of Ministers, Tejashwi Yadav criticized the move.
“Not a single minister from the Muslim community is right. Everyone should be taken along. The cabinet should have representation from all sections of society.”
RJD celebrates Lalu Prasad Yadav’s 77th birthday:
