Tejashwi Yadav welcomes baby boy; Celebration in RJD family.
Patna, May 27, 2025: Leader of the opposition Tejashwi Yadav has become a father for the second time.
His wife Rajshree Yadav gave birth to a baby boy on Tuesday morning. The news has sparked joy across political and public circles, especially among supporters of the RJD.
Tejashwi Yadav took to social media to share the joyous update, writing on Facebook and X:
“Good morning, finally the wait is over, very grateful, blessed and happy to announce the arrival of our little son, Jai Hanuman.”
This is couple’s second child. Their first, daughter named Katyayani, was born in March 2023.

Tejashwi Yadav’s sister and Lok Sabha MP Misa Bharti was among the first to congratulate the couple.
“Many congratulations to Tejashwi Yadav and Rajshree on the arrival of the new-born in our family! May god give lots of love and happiness to this new baby,” she posted.
Tejashwi Yadav’s elder sister Rohini Acharya also expressed her delight in a heartfelt congratulatory message:
“Today a new little member, Bal Gopal Junior Tejashwi, has arrived in our family’s courtyard. Hearty congratulations to dear Bhabhi Rajshree, brother Tejashwi, dead Katyayani as well as our entire RJD family. May happiness continue to come to our family and Papa-Mummy’s courtyard be filled with laughter. Special congratulations to Papa and Maa.”
The family gathers in Kolkata:
Tejashwi Yadav had already reached Kolkata on Sunday. He was joined on Monday evening by his parents Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and sister Misa Bharti, to welcome the newest member of the family.
