RJD leaders categorically denied exit polls, BJP claimed Narendra Modi will become PM for the third time

RJD leaders categorically denied exit polls, BJP claimed Narendra Modi will become PM for the third time.

Patna June 1: While the exit polls favouring the NDA post Lok Sabha election, RJD leaders categorically denied such polls. They claimed such polls have no relevance.

“This is nothing but a well-planned ploy to apply pressure on the opposition parties and create an atmosphere in favour of the NDA. I categorically deny these exit polls. They have brought the exit polls a few minutes after the polling of the last phase. How could they come to a conclusion without the voting being completed? What is the basis of such exit polls? They have no relevance,” Gagan said.

“We have conducted a survey on every booth and on the basis of that INDIA bloc is going to form a government in the centre. In Bihar, we are going to win more than 24 seats,” Gagan said.

Another RJD spokesperson Mritunjay Tiwari said: “These are exit polls and not the exact poll. The NDA leaders should enjoy the exit poll for two days but when the exact poll comes, the INDIA bloc will have the last laugh. We will obtain more than 295 seats of Lok Sabha and are going to form the government in the centre. There is no doubt about it.”

“The people of the country have given 10 years to Narendra Modi but what he has done for the common people. Was he fulfilled any promise he had made in 2014. Where are  Rs 15 lakh and 2 crore jobs per year. On the other hand, our leader Tejashwi Yadav proved it in the 17-month tenure of the Grand Alliance government and gave more than 5 lakh jobs in Bihar. He and the leaders of the INDIA bloc promised to give Rs 1 lakh per annum to poor women and 1 crore jobs nationwide. These issues connected the common people of the country and hence people are in favour of the INDIA bloc.”

Nikhil Anand, the national general secretary of the BJP OBC wing explained why NDA is favorite in this contest: “With little differences of opinions, all the exit polls are favouring NDA government and we are happy to say that Narendra Modi is going to become the prime minister for the third time in the country.”

“As far as Bihar is concerned, we are going to win all seats except one or two seats of Seemanchal region,” Anand said.

When asked about why NDA is so confident of repeating the performance of 2019, Anand said: “The EBC voters have backed PM Modi, the women were by and large  with the PM Modi, the way he has appealed to the OBC and EBC communities and the support of Jitan Ram Manjhi and Chirag Paswan helped NDA in the election.”

“Tactically, BJP is well ahead of countering the INDIA bloc on every issue they have raised in this election,” Anand said.
