Patna, November 9, 2025: Leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Sunday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Election Commission of India ECI), alleging vote theft.
Addressing a massive rally in Kishanganj, Rahul Gandhi said, “Why are the people silent about my vote chori allegations? Our allegations were correct; that is why they have stopped speaking. These people are truly vote thieves.”
He alleged that votes were stolen in Maharashtra, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh to form governments, and claimed that the same will be repeated in Bihar.” Gandhi asked from the stage, “Have you seen the vote chori from Haryana or not? I have silenced these people.”
He further said, “I alleged that Narendra Modi and the Chief Election Commissioner are stealing votes. After I said this, Narendra Modi did not clarify even once. He never said, Rahul Gandhi is lying. Our allegations are absolutely correct. That is why they are silent. BJP leaders are voting in two states. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah win elections by stealing votes.
Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Modi:
Rahul Gandhi also targeted the Prime Minister personally, saying, Narendra Modi is filled with hatred in his blood and his thinking. A thief steals, lives in fear, and is eventually caught. They have allegedly committed vote theft in India, and they are afraid of the people. One day, they will surely be caught.”
Rahul Gandhi accused the PM of being disconnected from ordinary citizens.
“Narendra Modi talks only to Adani and Ambani. He meets only those who meet only those in suits and boots. He never meets farmers, labourers or youth. If he meets them, they will ask for food processing units, hospitals and jobs. But Narendra Modi does not want to talk to the poor.”
He also attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, saying employment had been destroyed in the state.

Rahul Gandhi alleged that land for industries in Bihar was not given to local entrepreneurs but given to Adani at the rate of one rupee per acre.
He added, “Everything sold in Bihar is manufactured in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Korea. But we want everything sold here to be labeled ‘Made in Bihar’. You produce pineapple, mango, maize, and Makhana, but Nitish Kumar has not established even one food processing unit in 20 years.
Rahul Gandhi raised the migration issue:
He also raised the issue of youth migration from Bihar. “Bihar’s youths have built Dubai with their blood and sweat. When you can build Dubai and Bangalore, why can’t you do the same in Bihar?” he said.
He invoked Nalanda University and the historic image of Bihar in global education, saying, There was a time Nalanda was famous across the world. People came here from Korea, England, and Japan to study. Today, Bihar is known only for paper leaks.”

He said the youth of Bihar suffered from the examination paper leaks, but neither Nitish Kumar nor the Prime Minister had responded to their protests.
Rahul Gandhi promised that if his alliance came to power, it would establish the world’s best university in Bihar.
Bihar will not be a source of cheap labour. Bihar will run industries. If Bihar speaks with one voice, these vote thieves will run away.
It may be noted that the second phase of the election will be held on November 11, and the campaign ends at 5 pm on Sunday (Today).
