New Delhi, January 27, 2026: With the 25th edition of the Bharat Parv underway at Red Fort, New Delhi, the Publications Division has been offering visitors an immersive literary experience rooted in authenticity, knowledge, and national heritage.

The 25th Bharat Parv transforms the historic lawns of the Red Fort into a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural richness.

The Publications Division, the Government of India’s premier publishing house since 1941, has emerged as a key attraction at the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting pavilion.

With a legacy spanning over eight decades, the Publications Division has earned a reputation for producing meticulously researched and credible content.

The Publications Division stall presents a carefully curated collection of books in multiple Indian languages, covering a wide range of subjects, including: Gandhian Literature—Insightful works on the life, philosophy, and ideals of Mahatma Gandhi, National heritage & Culture—Premium art books and detailed accounts of India’s traditions and cultural legacy, Biographies—Inspirational life stories of freedom fighters, national icons, and the builders of modern India, Science & Technology—Reader-friendly publications highlighting India’s scientific achievements and environmental initiatives, Governance& Development—Selected speeches of the President and Prime Minister of India, reflecting India’s developmental journey.

Flagship publications on display:

A major highlight of the stall is the showcase of the Publications Division’s iconic journals, long regarded as essential reading for students, scholars, and policymakers: Yojana—Monthly journal focusing on socio-economic development, Kurukshetra—dedicated to rural development and grassroots governance, Aajkal—celebrating Indian literature, art, ant cultural discourse, Bal Bharti—A popular monthly magazine for children, Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar—The country’s most trusted weekly publication for government job seekers.

Also on special display is the prestigious Bharat Year Book, the government’s authoritative annual reference manual offering a comprehensive overview of India’s administration, economy, and progress.

To encourage the reading habit and promote access to authentic Indian literature, the division is offering special discounts for students and book lovers throughout the event.

The stall at the Red Fort is open to the public daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, until January 31, 2026.
