Prime Minister Modi will address two rallies in East Champaran and Maharajganj.

Patna, May 21, 2024: Prime Minister Modi will address two back-to-back election rallies in East Champaran and Maharajganj districts of Bihar on Tuesday.

After arriving in Patna on Sunday evening, Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi.

Following an overnight stay in the state capital, he is scheduled to begin his campaign in East Champaran at 11 am in support of BJP candidate Radha Mohan Singh.

Prime Minister Modi will travel to Maharajganj:

Later in the day, the Prime Minister will travel to Maharajganj, where he will campaign for Janardhan Singh Sigriwa, the BJP candidate seeking re-election. Both Singh and Sigriwal have won the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha polls.

In East Champaran, Radha Mohan Singh faces Rajesh Kushwaha of the Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP), while in Maharajganj, Sigriwal is pitted against Akash Prasad Singh, son of Bihar Congress president Akhilesh Prasad Singh.

PM Modi has visited Bihar six times:

PM Modi has visited Bihar six times since April, holding rallies in Jamui, Nawada, Gaya, Purnea, Araria, Munger, Darbhanga, Patna, Hajipur, Saran, and Muzaffarpur. This marks his seventh visit to the state during the ongoing Lok Sabha election campaign.
