Patna, March 19, 2026: Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit has directed senior officials to extend prompt and full support to investors in order to accelerate industrial development in the state.
Pratyaya Amrit chaired the high-level industry dialogue in Patna:
The directive was issued during a high-level ‘industry Dialogue’ held in Patna on Thursday, where 11 major investors participated and presented their proposals.
The meeting, chaired by the Chief Secretary, was organized at the Directorate of Aircraft Organization near Patna Airport and lasted from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

During the session, Amrit reviewed investment proposals and held detailed discussions on addressing ground-level challenges faced by industries in Bihar.
Senior officials, including Industry Department Secretary Kundan Kumar and Sugarcane Commissioner Anil Kumar Jha, were also present.
Investors shared their innovative ideas with Pratyaya Amrit:
The dialogue focused on key sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), healthcare, road construction, and transport, with several companies showcasing innovative solutions.
AION Pvt. Ltd’s Director Karan Harry Dhaul proposed collaboration with the state’s electricity department, highlighting expertise in AI-based analytics and forecasting.
ZydeU Industries Pvt Ltd’s COO, Himanshu Agarwal, demonstrated advanced technology aimed at preventing premature road degradation.
Icon Communication’s representative, Anupam Srivastava, proposed expanding operations in the ‘Jeevika’ program and healthcare sector using a downstream communication model.

CEO of Appycrown Om Prakash expressed interest in partnering with the Bihar government in Salesforce consulting and cloud-based application development.
Officials said the Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit emphasized the need for removing administrative bottlenecks and ensuring a business-friendly environment to attract investments.
The initiative is part of the state government’s broader push to position Bihar as a competitive destination for industrial growth and innovation.
Authorities assured investors of continued support and proactive governance to facilitate project implementation.
