Pashupati Kumar Paras said his party is committed to the victory of the NDA.

Patna, April 6, 2024: The Pashupati Kumar Paras-led Rashtriya  Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) has announced its support for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Bihar.

RLJP chief Pashupati Kumar Paras said his party is fully committed to ensuring the NDA’s victory in the state.

“NDA will win all 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar and 400 seats across the country. We are working for the NDA’s victory. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will become the prime minister for the third time,” Paras said.

Pashupati Kumar Paras decided to support the NDA:

Paras, along with Prince Raj and other senior party leaders, attended the RLJP’s state executive committee meeting in Patna on Saturday, where the decision to support NDA candidates was formally endorsed.

Dispelling speculation of differences within the family, Paras said, “I have no complaints with my nephew Chirag Paswan. All resentment has gone. RLJP is a part of the NDA in Bihar.”

Pashupati Kumar Paras met JP Nadda recently:

Recently, Paras and Prince Raj had met BJP national president JP Nadda in New Delhi.

During the NDA seat-sharing discussions, however, RLJP was not allotted any seat to contest in Bihar.
