
Patna February 11, 2025: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar commenced his Pragati Yatra on Tuesday, reaching Bedhni village under Dev block of Aurangabad district.
Ahead of his visit, the administrative preparation made elaborate preparations, with decorations across the village and the district headquarters, ensuring a grand welcome.
Nitish Kumar will inspect and inaugurate multiple projects:
CM Nitish Kumar will inaugurate the Panchayat Government Building at Bedhni Panchayat headquarters. He will also interact with the general public and inspect various government schemes including lanes and drains, tap water supply, housing schemes, solar street lights, community building and others.
He will also review land for the proposed Ring Road and medical college in Dev Nagar Panchayat.
Special preparation in Bedhni and Mahadalit Tola:
Ahead of Nitish Kumar’s visit, the village has witnessed significant development efforts, including 75 new toilets construction, plantation drive undertaken and old transformers replaced with new ones for better water supply.
The famous Surya temple and Surya Kund premises in Dev Nagar Panchayat have been specially decorated. Madhumabi paintings adorn various buildings including the Nagar Panchayat office.
The people of Bedhni and Mahadalit Tola are thrilled about Nitish Kumar’s visit. They believe it will accelerate development in their village and district, bringing new opportunities for growth and progress.
Tight security arrangements have been put in place to ensure the CM’s visit proceeds smoothly.
Aurangabad DM Srikant Shastri, SP Ambrish Rahul, DDC Abendra Mohan Singh and SDPO Amit Kumar were actively involved in finalizing the arrangements.
Earlier on Monday Nitish Kumar visited Nawada district and inaugurated 202 projects worth Rs 211.96 crore.
