Nitish Kumar highlighted the development achievements of his government during the Phulwarisharif rally.

Patna, October 25, 2025: With the election campaigning in full swing across Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday addressed a massive gathering in Patna’s outskirt constituency Phulwarishari, calling upon voters to ensure the victory of NDA-backed candidates across the district by a huge margin.

In Phulwarisharif, senior JDU leader and national general secretary Shyam Rajak is contesting.

Nitish Kumar contrasted the RJD era with his development:

Recalling the situation in Bihar before 2005, Nitish Kumar launched a sharp attack on the Grand Alliance, alleging that the state then suffered from widespread mismanagement and anarchy.

He contrasted it with his government’s efforts to bring stability, development, and good governance over the past two decades.

Enumerating his government achievements, Nitish Kumar said that women’s empowerment, expansion of higher technical education, and improvement in healthcare had been among his key priorities. He also highlighted the construction of extensive road networks that have significantly reduced travel time to Patna from any corner of the state to four hours.

Nitish Kumar highlighted welfare measures:

Nitish Kumar further stated that under his government, 40 lakh youths have been provided employment, and Rs 10,000 per head has been given to 1.21 crore Jeevika Didis as financial support for livelihood initiatives.

He announced to provide 1 crore jobs in the next 5 years in Bihar.

The Chief Minister also asserted that his administration had successfully strengthened law and order and established the rule of law across Bihar.

Earlier in the day, he visited Dumraon in Buxar district and addressed a massive gathering in support of four NDA candidates: Rahul Singh (Dumraon), Santosh Kumar Nirala (Rajpur), Anand Mishra (Buxar), and Hulas Pandey (Brahmpur).
