Patna June 10: A day after Narendra Modi took the oath as a Prime Minister for the third time, JD (U) MLC and spokesperson Neeraj Kumar took a dig at RJD national president Lalu Prasad Yadav for his habit of promoting dynastic politics in the Lok Sabha.

Neeraj Kumar further said that Lalu Prasad Yadav should appoint Misa Bharti as the leader of the RJD parliamentary party on Monday.
“For Lalu Prasad Yadav, family is his top priority. The first post always goes to the family members of the Lalu Prasad Yadav in RJD. As Misa Bharti, who was recently elected Lok Sabha MP from Patliputra, should be appointed as a leader of the RJD’s parliamentary board,” Neeraj Kumar said.
He further added: “Misa Bharti is your daughter and no one is better than you to understand that daughters are always the life savers,” Kumar said.
In the run-up to the Lok Sabha election, dynastic politics was one of the major issues for the NDA to target Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family.
Misa Bharti won the Lok Sabha election from Patliputra constituency in the recently concluded general election. Apart from her, RJD also won the Aurangabad, Buxar and Jahanabad seats in Bihar. Abhay Kushwaha won the Aurangabad seat, while Sudhakar Singh became victorious in Buxar and Surendra Yadav won the seat from Jahanabad.
RJD, in 2019, performed miserably and did not win a single seat in Bihar. However, it has improved its performance in 2024 and won 4 seats.
