She questioned whether the Prime Minister intends to keep this commitment, sarcastically asking,” If his silence could be attributed to health issues. Is he having diabetes? He should reveal to the people of Bihar about not fulfilling the promise.”
Misa Bharti also called out the NDA for a lack of transparency, demanding details on the number of factories that have been established and are operational in Bihar.
“The NDA’s claims of economic progress have not brought tangible benefits to the people of Bihar.”
Misa Bharti also targeted MPs under NDA quotas:
In addition to her criticism of the Prime Minister, Bharti targeted NDA MPs from Bihar, alleging that they have failed to advocate for Bihar’s needs in Parliament.
“I have been also sitting in the Lok Sabha and NDA seldom address Bihar-specific challenges in the Parliament,’ Bharti said.
Misa Bharti defended Tejashwi Yadav:
When asked about Tejashwi Yadav’s confidence that the INDIA bloc will secure victory in Jharkhand, RJD MP Misa Bharti defended his stance, arguing that it’s only natural for leaders to promote their alliances.
“What is wrong with it?” every leader campaigns to win the election,” Bharti said, adding that just as PM Modi campaigns for the NDA, Tejashwi campaigns for his alliance.
Misa Bharti also criticized Giriraj Singh:
Bharti also criticized union Textile Minister Giriraj Singh for his recent inflammatory remarks.
“Such statements are unbecoming of a senior leader. Instead of making divisive comments, Singh should focus on his responsibilities, especially in supporting the textile industry in Bihar,” Bharti said.
She questioned what Singh has done for the weavers in Bhagalpur, known for its textile production especially, the silk industry and highlighted the potential in Motihari’s textile sector.
She urged Singh to demonstrate his contributions to Bihar’s development rather than engaging in inflammatory rhetoric.;
Misa Bharti also criticized Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Arvind Sawant:
Additionally. Bharti responded to Shiv Sena(UBT) leader Arvind Sawant’s derogatory remarks towards NDA leader Shaina NC, condemning his use of “unparliamentary language.”
