Patna April 23: Prominent Bhojpuri actor and singer Khesari Lal Yadav said that winning or losing in elections does not matter, development of state matters in elections.

While interacting with the media persons in Patna on Tuesday, Yadav said: “If the circumstances are changing by becoming a leader, then we have seen people becoming leaders since childhood but I never saw Bihar is changing till now.”

“Winning or losing elections does not matter, development and education matter here for us,” he said.

Reacting on the BJP’s slogan of 400, Khesari Lal Yadav said: “It is not my subject. It is a subject of political leaders. I am concerned about how Bihar will become a developed state. If we do not become united, the development of Bihar will not take place here. I don’t think anyone else would come here for the development of Bihar. Today we are helpless and troubled and no leader is worried about it.”

“The children of leaders used to get good education. They stay in air conditioned houses and they do not have any problem with money. If they have wealth, their health is also good. The problem is with the common people of Bihar. They do not have the jobs and money to educate their children. I firmly believe that we are making a big mistakae by expecting from leaders. I feel that it is our fault if we expect anything from any leader,” Yadav said.

He also said that if power star Pawan Singh calls him for the campaign, he will go for it.
