Dilip Jaiswal hinted at the organizational overhaul of BJP to boost the morale of workers before 2025 poll.

Patna December 2, 2024: Bihar is gearing up for a significant organizational overhaul as it prepares for the 2025 Assembly elections under the leadership of its newly appointed state president, Dilip Jaiswal.

The reshuffle reflects the party’s strategy to strengthen its grassroots and address emerging challenges in the state’s political landscape.

Dilip Jaiswal said new state committee will be formed after Makar Sankranti:

The party will conduct elections for booth-level, divisional, and district-level officials. These elections are expected to be completed by December this year.

Dilip Jaiswal announced that the state committee will be finalized shortly after Makar Sankranti (mid-January 2024).

Reassignments and Role Adjustments:

The principle of “one person, one post” led to former state president Samrat Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister, relinquishing his position as president.

The current state president, Dilip Jaiswal, will steer the party through the 2025 Assembly elections.
