Chirag Paswan said the opposition meeting on June 1 will be a mutton party.

Patna, May 30, 2025: As political temperature rises ahead of the final phase of polling for the Lok Sabha elections, Chirag Paswan, the chief of Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas (LJPRV), on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the INDIA bloc, mocking its upcoming June 1 meeting as nothing more than a mutton party.

Chirag Paswan criticized opposition leaders:

Paswan said, “The meeting of the INDIA Alliance will decide who will host the mutton party and where. The leaders of the alliance are worried about who feeds whom, how to make it, and how to share its recipe. They will sit on June 1 to decide who will go to whose house for dinner after June 4th. After that day, they will be free from the worry of forming the government. Neither do they have to form the government nor run the country.”

Chirag Paswan on PM visits to Kanyakumari:

Taking a jibe at the opposition, Chirag Paswan added that while the INDIA bloc leaders are busy in such discussions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be preparing to take oath for the third consecutive term.

Responding to criticism from Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav over the Prime Minister’s visit to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari, Chirag Paswan said, “There are people who act on lines meant to destroy Sanatan. Rahul Gandhi says that power should be destroyed, and when the Prime Minister worships Lord Ram and follows Sanatan Dharma, it hurts them.”

Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav had called the Prime Minister’s visit to the Vivekananda Memorial a well-planned marketing strategy by the BJP.
