Patna, September 21, 2025: Union Food Processing Minister Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas (LJPRV) chief Chirag Paswan on Sunday addressed a massive gathering at Rangbhoomi Maidan in Purnea during the ongoing Nav Sankalp Yatra, reiterating his vision of Bihar First, Bihari First, and pledging support to the NDA in the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls 2025.
Paswan praises the performance of the double-engine government in Bihar and said his party workers are actively campaigning and preparing supporters to back the NDA candidates in the polls.
The rally coincided with the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister Bhola Paswan Shastri, to whom Chirag Paswan paid floral tributes, calling it a privilege to address the gathering on such an occasion.
For Chirag Paswan, MY means Mahila and Yuva:
People from seven districts of the Kosi-Seemanchal region attended the event, giving it a show of strength for the NDA.
In a pointed message to the opposition, Chirag Paswan said, “They talk about MY equation by my MY stands for Mahila (Women) and Yuva (Youth).
He urged people to rise above caste politics, arguing that education and empowerment are key to reducing poverty and backwardness.
Targets opposition:
Without naming RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, Paswan targeted certain leaders discouraging education to maintain their political dominance.
“Some leaders know that if the people of Bihar are educated, they will ask questions. That is why they want the youth to migrate, so they can rely on the votes of elders,” he said.
Chirag Paswan concluded by assuring the crowd that his politics is cantered on the people’s welfare.
“My aspirations don’t matter to me. Your problems and your future are my concern,” he declared to loud applause.
