IIT Delhi’s eDC to host CECon’26, one of India’s largest student-led entrepreneurship summits.

New Delhi, January 30, 2026: The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (eDC), IIT Delhi, is set to organize the Business and Entrepreneurship Conclave (BECon’26), one of the country’s largest student-led entrepreneurship summits.

The main summit will be held on the IIT Delhi campus from January 30 to February 1, 2026.

BECon’26 aims to bring together leading founders, CXOs, investors, policymakers, senior government officials, technology leaders, and emerging startup founders from across India on a unified platform.

The central theme of the conclave is engineering the mind of machines and crafting in India for the world, highlighting India’s growing role in innovation, artificial intelligence, and deep technology.

The summit is expected to witness Participation from over 5,000 institutes, incubators, and accelerators, making it one of the most comprehensive entrepreneurship gatherings in the country.

Star-studded speaker lineup at IIT Delhi:

BECon’26 will feature an influential lineup of speakers from India’s startup and innovation ecosystem, including Sanjeev Bikhchandani, founder, Info Edge India; Pratham Mittal, Founder, Masters’ Union; Ashneer Grover, Co-founder, BharatPe; Raghav Chandra, Co-founder, Urban Company; Vaibhav Tewari, Co-founder, Portea; Shailaz Nag, PayU; Nitin Jain, Off Business; Nitin Tyagi, Founder, DefineNxt Technologies; and Tanmay Bhat, content creator and entrepreneur.

Along with several other prominent industry leaders, the speakers will share insights on venture creation, startup scaling, funding strategies, and innovation ecosystems.

The conclave will host a wide range of curated events, including Moonshot and blueprint sessions, pitching and funding platforms, incubators’ summit, and national-level hackathons in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Startup expo, auto expo, and tech expo, hands-on startup workshops, policy-focused panel discussions, creators’ conclave, and networking and mentorship sessions.
