Vijay Sinha said Tejashwi’s Yatra would not affect anyone.

Patna, September 2: Vijay Sinha, the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar criticized the leader of the opposition in the Bihar assembly Tejashwi Yadav for his upcoming “Jan Samwad Yatra”. He said such Yatra would not affect anyone.

He criticized Tejashwi Yadav and his political lineage, stating that there is a significant gap between their words and actions. He suggested that such discrepancies would no longer be tolerated by the people of Bihar.

Vijay Sinha further said, “Tejashwi Yadav can travel anywhere and stay anywhere, but the public knows about him.” He questioned Tejashwi Yadav’s contributions to Bihar when he was in power.

“What has he done for Bihar when he was in power? He or his father have done nothing for Bihar,” Sinha said, downplaying the impact of Tejashwi Yadav’s upcoming Yatra. “Nothing is going to happen just by saying something,” he continued, reiterating that “the public is the master and they will decide who the true servant (Sewak) of Bihar is.”

Vijay Sinha further criticized those who he claims are damaging Bihar’s social fabric by using caste-based politics.

“Those who are affecting Bihar with the havoc of caste waves, who look at politics through a caste lens, who make politics dirty, who increase corruption and morale of criminals, the public knows that they are playing all these games and dramas. Such double-standard politics should be stopped. Politics with such mentality will not work here,” Vijay Sinha said.

He argued that individuals who engage in such behavior have no place in the political landscape of Bihar.

Another deputy chief minister Samrat Choudhary said: “Lalu Prasad Yadav stayed in power for the 15 years in Bihar but not given the reservation to a single person. He had given reservations to the members of his family. He never expressed concern for the people of Bihar.”

Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav is preparing to start his “Jan Samwad Yatra” on September 10, from Samastipur, the home district of Karpoori Thakur. The aim is to engage with the public and garner support for the upcoming assembly election of Bihar. In 2025. Through, direct communication with the people, Tejashwi Yadav hopes to strengthen his position and gain widespread backing ahead of the elections.
