Desk April 30: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Team India Squad for the T20 World Cup on Tuesday.
The selection committee has given the responsibility to Rohit Sharma to lead the team. Besides him, all-rounder Hardik Pandya was given the responsibility of the vice-captain of the team.
The decision was taken during a high-level meeting of the selection committee headed by the chief selector Ajit Agarkar.
The other team members Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Surya Kumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, Shivam Dubey, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzuvendra Chahal, Arshdeep Singh, Mohammad Siraj and Jasprit Bumrah.
Shubman Gill, Khaleel Ahmed, Rinku Singh and Avesh Khan are the reserved players.
