Patna, May 3, 2024: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav experienced severe back pain while addressing a public rally in Araria district on Friday.

Tejashwi Yadav’s back pain increased during the Araria rally:

Yadav, accompanied by Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) national president Mukesh Sahani, was campaigning in support of RJD candidate Shahnawaz Alam at the Government Middle School ground in Simraha village under the Forbesganj subdivision.

Despite his worsening condition, Tejashwi continued his speech while leaning on the podium for support. However, as his pain intensified, he was assisted off the stage by party workers and security personnel and taken to a red-coloured car, which transported him to the nearby helipad.

The 3rd phase election will be held on May 7:

Elections in the Araria Lok Sabha constituency will be held in the third phase on May 7, where the main contest is between Shahnawaz Alam (RJD) and Pradeep Singh (BJP).

Since the start of the campaign in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav has addressed 97 rallies, often holding four to five rallies daily across the state.
