Patna, May 8, 2024: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s roadshow in Patna on May 12, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav took a sharp dig at the BJP, saying that while the Prime Minister may do a roadshow or even an air show, he (Tejashwi) will conduct a job show in Bihar.

Speaking to reporters at Patna airport on Wednesday evening, Tejashwi Yadav said, “Whether PM Modi does a roadshow or an air show, Tejashwi will do a job show. For how long will he take the help of lies? Now the public has started getting bored with them.”

Tejashwi Yadav claimed the BJP will face a setback:

He asserted that Bihar has historically shown the political direction of the nation and predicted that the BJP would face an unexpected setback in the state.

“This time, the situation of the BJP is tight in Bihar. The results will be surprising—such that the BJP government will fall,” he said.

Tejashwi Yadav said PM Modi does not speak on real issues:

Launching a scathing attack on the ruling party, Tejashwi accused the BJP and the prime minister of ignoring people’s real issues.

“Four things are impossible in this universe—sunrise in the west, fishing in the desert, planting saplings in the sky, and hearing BJP of PM Modi talk about real issues. The rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer. They only talk about temples, mosques, Hindu, Muslim, Pakistan, and Kashmir—never about education or healthcare,” he said.

Tejashwi Yadav, who is leading the Grand Alliance campaign in Bihar, resumed his election trail after the completion of the third phase of voting in the state.

On Wednesday, he addressed rallies in Palamu (Jharkhand), Karakat and Jehanabad constituencies in support of Grand Alliance candidates.
