Patna, April 25, 2024: On the eve of the second phase of Lok Sabha polling in Bihar, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav sharpened his attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, releasing a video on the social media platform X on Thursday with five pointed questions.
Tejashwi Yadav asked why the Prime Minister wants to finish the Constitution and democracy of the country, referring to a video shared earlier by RJD and Lalu Prasad Yadav claiming BJP leaders had spoken about changing the constitution if re-elected.
Tejashwi Yadav on reservation:
The RJD leader further questioned why the BJP government was allegedly trying to snatch reservations of Dalits, backward castes, the poor and deprived, and accused the Centre of policies that make the poor poorer and the rich richer.
He also demanded to know what Bihar had gained despite 39 out of 40 Lok Sabha seats going to the BJP-led NDA in 2019, and criticized PM Modi for avoiding real issues during his rallies in the state.
Polling will be held for the five seats in the second phase:
