Patna, November 5, 2025: Grand Alliance Chief Ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on the BJP, accusing the party of being anti-dalit and anti-EBC, wanting to exclude marginalized communities from the electoral process of the country.
Tejashwi Yadav alleged the BJP is an enemy of Dalits:
Speaking to reporters at Patna airport, Tejashwi referred to Rahul Gandhi’s allegation of vote theft in Haryana and said, “There is no doubt the BJP is involved in such acts. They want to remove Dalits, Backward Castes, Extremely Backward Castes and minorities from the electoral process. They are against the Constitution. BJP leaders have always been enemies of Dalits.”
He further alleged that certain senior NDA leaders were encouraging the suppression of marginalized voters.
“Top leaders are asking people to stop Dalit, and poor voters from stepping out for votes—to lock them inside their houses,” he claimed.
Tejashwi Yadav said that the Grand Alliance is alert this time in Bihar.
Tejashwi Yadav claimed the BJP has cheated Nitish Kumar:
He also questioned why the BJP has not named Nitish Kumar as its Chief Ministerial face till now, when the first phase of polling will begin in a few hours from now.
According to Yadav, Nitish Kumar had not agreed to the promise of giving Rs 10,000 to women, but the BJP allegedly forced it for the same.
“BJP has cheated Nitish Kumar. They have given Rs 10,000 before and during the election as a bribe to steal Nitish Kumar’s vote bank in Bihar,” Tejashwi said.
Earlier in the day, Rahul Gandhi disclosed in a press conference how the votes were stolen in the Haryana Assembly election.
He also mentioned that a model of Brazil was a voter in Haryana in multiple booths.
