Patna, December 29, 2025: In the grand finale of the prestigious Miss Bihar 2025 beauty pageant, Shreya clinched the coveted title, impressing the judges with her elegance, confidence, communication skills, personality, and social awareness.

The event, which aims to provide a platform for talented young women from Bihar, was organized BY Ice Breaker Ocean Vision Private Limited at the B. R. Club (near Paras Nath garden), Ramnagari, Ashiana-Digha Road, Patna.

Nandini emerged as the first runner-up, while Mitali secured the position of second runner-up.

Four-round grand finale of Miss Bihar 2025:

The finale was conducted in four rounds—Introduction Round, Bollywood Round, Fashion Round, and Judges’ Round.

Participants showcased their talent by walking the ramp in designer outfits, while musical and dance performances added glamour and energy to the evening.

The event was inaugurated by Bihar Tourism Minister Arun Shankar Prasad, who lit the ceremonial lamp. Prominent personalities present at the occasion included Patna Mayor Sita Sahu, former MLC Arun Gandhi, Ice Breaker Ocean Vision Director Kaushal Kishore and Managing Director Praveen Sinha.

A large audience comprising fashion industry professionals and spectators witnessed the grand spectacle.

The judging panel included Dr. Anjana Gandhi, while Mrs. World Sargam Kaushal and NIFT Assistant Director Shadab Sami crowned the winner and runners-up. Contestants were evaluated on confidence, presentation, ramp walk, communication skills, and perspectives on social issues.

After being crowned Miss Bihar 2025, Shreya expressed her joy, calling the achievement a dream come true.

“I want to use this platform to work for women’s empowerment, education, and self-reliance. I hope to become an inspiration for the daughters of Bihar,” she said.

Addressing the gathering, Tourism Minister Arun Shankar Prasad said that such platforms help bring Bihar’s hidden talent to the forefront and open doors at national and international levels.
