RJD candidate Misa Bharti claimed PM Narendra Modi and BJP leaders will go to jail after the INDI alliance government would come in the country.

Patna: Lalu Prasad Yadav eldest daughter Misa Bharti on Thursday claimed if the INDIA bloc government would come in the country, PM narendra Modi and other leaders will go to jail.

The statement of Misa Bharti has created a huge controversy in Bihar. BJP leaders Ram Kripal Yadav and deputy chief minister Vijay Kumar Sinha strongly retaliated on her statement. Ram Kripal Yadav, who is contesting against Misa Bharti on Patliputra seat, said: “Those who are saying this will go to jail.”

Vijay Kumar Sinha asked the Lalu Prasad Yadav family to reveal their assets in public domain.

During the campaign in Maner area of Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday, Misa Bharti said: “They are leveling allegations of corruption and dynastic politics on us but who will give the answer on electoral bonds. If the INDI alliance government comes to power in the country, PM Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders will go to jail. We are talking about doubling the income of farmers and implementation of Minimum Support Price (MSP) and he (PM Narendra Modi) is blaming us for doing appeasement.”

“They (Lalu Prasad Yadav) were living in peon quarters, how they became king of the castle. How could you obtain a mall and farm house? After the election, it will be decided who will go to jail,” said Vijay Kumar Sinha.
