Patna, July 14, 2025: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to Motihari on July 18, BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal

The event will be historic in the context of the Bihar election.

He, along with Bihar’s Health Minister Mangal Pandey, visited the district on Monday and addressed the media persons as part of district-level preparations.

Dilip Jaiswal stated that the upcoming rally will be “the biggest and historic till date in Motihari,” with expectations of more than three lakh people attending the program.

“This is Narendra Modi’s guarantee,” he said, emphasizing the people’s faith in the Prime Minister’s leadership.

Reacting sharply to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s recent remarks on journalists, Jaiswal said, “Tejashwi’s comments are not just an insult to journalists but to the entire Bihar. Journalists, the fourth pillar of democracy, work tirelessly despite limited resources, and such comments are condemnable.”

PM Narendra Modi’s sixth visit to Motihari in the last 11 years:

Health Minister Mangal Pandey highlighted that this would be the sixth visit of Prime Minister Modi to Motihari in the last 11 years, underlining his commitment to the district and Bihar.

“It is historic that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to the same district for the sixth time in his tenure. This shows his special attachment towards Bihar and Motihari,” Pandey said.

Taking a swipe at Congress, Pandey added that a Congress Prime Minister remained in office for 10 years but “could not visit Bihar even six times, let alone any specific district.”

Focus on crowd mobilization and public connection:

The BJP leaders are visiting various districts to mobilize support and ensure smooth arrangements for the rally, which is being positioned as a significant show of strength for the party in the run-up to the Bihar Assembly elections.
