Patna, September 15, 2025: PM Narendra Modi, while addressing a massive public meeting in Purnea on Monday, launched a scathing attack on opposition parties, particularly the RJD and Congress, accusing them of siding with infiltrators and neglecting Bihar’s development.

PM Narendra Modi said infiltrators will be thrown out:

PM Modi said his government was firm on removing infiltrators from the country.

“Some leaders are shamelessly raising slogans and taking out processions for infiltrators. I challenge them—no matter how much you try to save them, infiltrators will be thrown out. Only Indian law will be applicable in India,” he declared.

He alleged that the RJD and Congress were standing in support of outsiders at the cost of Bihar’s security and promised that voters would give them a “befitting reply” in the upcoming elections.

PM Naremdra Modi contrasted the NDA’s slogan of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” with what he called the opposition’s agenda of “Parivar Ka Saath, Parivar Ka Vikas.”

“For Modi, the people of the country are his family. But RJD and Congress only care about their own families,” he said.

PM Narendra Modi also hit out at the opposition leader Rahul Gandhi without taking his name.

“Some people are now roaming in makhana fields who had never even heard the word before. It was our government that worked for makhana farmers,” he said.

He announced that the National Makhana Board had been officially notified a day earlier, with an initial budget of Rs. 475 crore, promising better prices and modern technology for farmers.

Development push for Seemanchal:

Highlighting his government’s efforts, the Prime Minister said the Purnea airport terminal was completed in just five months, linking the region to the aviation map. New rail services have been launched from Seemanchal, projects worth Rs. 40,000 crore were inaugurated or launched, covering power, rail, water, and housing.

PM Narendra Modi accused RJD and Congress of comparing Bihar to a beedi and said they were never concerned about the state’s progress.

“The development of Seemanchal is necessary for the development of Bihar. For decades, this region bore the brunt of misrule under RJD and Congress,” PM Modi said.
