Patna, June 7, 2024: As Nitish Kumar emerges as the key kingmaker in the formation of the new NDA government, a JDU supporter in Patna has put up a poster portraying the Chief Minister as a “tiger.” The poster, which features the slogan “Tiger Zinda Hai,” was placed near the Kotwali police station in central Patna on Friday.

Nitish Kumar’s poster was installed by Sona Singh:

The poster was installed by local supporter Sona Singh, who had recently put up another poster featuring Bihar Chief Minister alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In Bihar politics, posters have long been used as a symbolic medium to send political messages, and the trend has intensified after the Lok Sabha election results.

The latest poster shows two tigers flanking Bihar chief minister’s photo, with the bold message “Tiger Zinda Hai,” suggesting his renewed political strength and indispensability in national politics.

JDU has officially submitted its letter to the NDA:

Following the 2024 Lok Sabha election results, Nitish Kumar has once again emerged as a pivotal figure. Both JDU and BJP won 12 seats each, with JDU contesting 16 seats and BJP 17. The numbers indicate that the BJP cannot form the government without JDU’s support, placing Nitish Kumar in a strategically crucial position.

JDU has officially submitted its letter of support to the NDA, paving the way for the formation of the next government and reaffirming Nitish Kumar’s role as a central player in the alliance.
